Baking Pecans

I purchased 2lbs of pecans to make some pralines and pecan pies. When I got my order, I immediately opened the bag and started eating them. I continued snacking on them for the next 20 mins.. These were the best tasting pecans I've eaten since I was a kid eating pecans from the trees at my grandparent's house in the country. I snacked on the pecans constantly for the next several days. By the time I finally got around to purchasing 5he ingredients to make the desserts, I didn't have enough pecans left to make the sweets I planned to cook. It's time to place another order.
